Consider this the road racing blog Huntsville drivers use to get up to speed. Most of what is below came out of our own race weekends: recaps from Road America, Mid-Ohio, Atlanta Motorsports Park and Road Atlanta, and drivers telling their own how-I-started stories in their own words. Alongside those we are building a Getting Started series: plain answers to the questions a first-time renter or a new SRF3 owner asks. Each one is sourced from the SCCA rulebook, our own driver-registration paperwork and the suppliers we buy gear from ourselves.
