How membership works.
Every space in the building comes with garage membership, and garage membership is available on its own. Twelve months to start, then month to month, agreement by DocuSign, payment by ACH. Here is what each tier includes and what it costs.

Pick a space, or just the garage.
Indoor car storage
from $200/mo
A lift position in a shared space from $200, a floor space at $250, or a private space with its own four-post lift at $425. Air and power at every space for a trickle charger and your tires. Up to two indoor spaces on one membership.
Garage membership included: 24/7 access to the lifts, tools and alignment rack, and scheduled access to the dyno.

A 10×24 trailer space at $60, a 40×10 RV or oversize space at $100. The outdoor lot is watched by cameras. Add garage membership for $75/mo if you want the tools.

The DIY garage on its own, no car stored. 24/7 access to the lifts and equipment, including the Hunter alignment rack and the tools, and scheduled access to the dyno. Bring the car in when you need to work on it.

How it works day to day.
- ✓24/7 access
Two-factor entry on the door, cameras inside and out. Members come and go on their own schedule.
- ✓Family included
The family's cars can live here on one membership, and your family comes with you: your spouse or partner and your kids are covered.
- ✓Guests
Bring a guest vehicle up to four times a year, $25 per visit. People you bring are welcome whenever you are in the building with them.
- ✓Book your time
Lifts and the alignment rack can be booked ahead, so the time is yours when you arrive. Anything not booked is open to whoever is in the building. Dyno time is scheduled ahead.
- ✓Insurance is yours
You insure the car; we recommend a cover, a drip pan and a fire extinguisher within one space of it.
- ✓Barrier for shared rows
No work on a car in a shared row without a barrier; welding and grinding by arrangement.
- ✓Twelve months, then month to month
The first term is twelve months; after that it runs month to month, and you give us 30 days' notice when you want to leave. Payment by ACH, agreement by DocuSign.
- ✓Members who stay
The twelve-month first term keeps turnover low. The people in the spaces next to yours are the same people next year, the garage is looked after by people who plan to be here, and you know who you are sharing a lift with.

We refer sim customers to The Golf Lab's Race Lounge and coach there, to learn a track or keep sharp over the winter.
