This policy explains what Innoviv – B2, LLC, doing business as B2 Motorsports (“B2,” “we” or “us”) collects when you visit b2motorsports.com (the “Site”) or send us a form, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain English. If anything is unclear, call or text us and we will explain.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on the Site (a quote request, a question, a storage or rental inquiry, a sign-up), we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give, such as the car or service you are asking about and the dates you have in mind. We also record which page and which campaign or link brought you to the form. If you email, call or text us, we keep that conversation too. Please do not send us payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or similar through a form or text.

Information collected automatically

When you load a page, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. It uses them to deliver the Site, keep it fast and block abuse. With your consent (see Cookies and advertising tags below), the analytics and advertising tags on the Site also collect information about how you use the Site, such as the pages you view, the links you click, your approximate location, and your device and browser.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts and protects the Site and processes request data to do so.
GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) provides the forms embedded on the Site and the customer relationship system where we keep your submission, your messages with us and our follow-up.
Google, Meta, Reddit and TikTok receive information through the tags described below, if you accept them.
YouTube serves videos on some pages, only when you click play (see Videos).

Texts to you may go out through our texting provider, which sends them for us under its own terms and carrier rules.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare a quote, check availability and schedule your car, storage or service.
To send follow-up email and text messages you agreed to receive (see Text messages).
To run the Site, keep it secure and understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who may want them, if you accept advertising tags.
To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations and to protect our business.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree, B2 Motorsports will text you. Our consent wording on the Site is: “By submitting a phone number, I consent to receive automated texts and/or phone calls at the phone number used above. · By checking this box, I opt-in and agree to receive text messages from B2 Motorsports. Message and data rates may apply. · By clicking "Submit", I am consenting to receive text messages from B2 Motorsports to the phone number I provided. · I understand these texts may be automated and that my consent to texting is not required as a condition to purchase. · By submitting your information, you consent to receive all forms of communication including but not limited to; phone, text, email, mail, etc. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to these terms is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.”

What we send: replies to your questions, quotes, scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about the car, storage or service you asked about.
How often: it varies with what you ask for and where you are with us.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, set by your mobile plan.
Stop: reply STOP at any time to opt out. For help, call or text 256-910-0658. After you reply STOP we may send one text confirming it.
Not a condition of purchase: you do not have to agree to texts to buy from us or to rent, store or race with us.
No sharing: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Our texting provider carries the messages for us; it does not use your number for its own marketing.

Cookies and advertising tags

The Site uses these tags, all loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz behind one consent setting: the Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads), the Meta Pixel, the Reddit Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. They use cookies and similar technologies to count visits, see which pages and ads work, and show our ads to people who have visited. When you submit a form, we tell each of them that a form was submitted (a “conversion”) so we can measure our ads. Where consent is required, no tag runs until you accept.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, which is also in the footer of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser, use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out at aboutads.info/choices, or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Each platform’s own privacy policy explains what it does with the data it receives.

Videos

Some pages show YouTube videos. They load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click play, so YouTube sets nothing until you do. Once you play a video, YouTube’s own policies apply.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers named above, as needed for them to host the Site, run our forms and messages, and measure our advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or property, or if B2 is sold or reorganized, in which case the records would transfer with the business. We do not sell your information, and we do not share text-message opt-in data or phone numbers for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and messages for as long as we are working with you or may be, and afterward for as long as we need them for our records, tax, insurance and legal obligations. Analytics and advertising data is kept by those platforms under their own retention settings. We delete a lead who has not been in touch with us or opened our messages for 24 months.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you or to stop using your information for marketing. Email info@b2motorsports.com or call or text 256-910-0658. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires it. You can unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, and stop texts by replying STOP.

Security

We use reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, and our service providers do the same. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as race organizers and registration sites. This policy does not cover them. Please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and the current version is always on this page. If a change is significant, we will say so on the Site.
