Custom race car parts, built by racers
An aerospace-trained engineer, an in-house 3D scanner, and a shop full of people who race the parts they build. Brake ducts, body shims, simulator pedals and the odd one-off piece your car needs and nobody stocks.
Scanning & manufacturing
New technologies, better parts, less cost
We use an in-house laser scanner and printer technology to produce higher-performance custom parts, from brake ducts and body shims to drink bottles and simulator pedals. The scanner is a walk-around unit: we move it around the object to capture it, so odd shapes and one-off fitments are no problem. Work happens in our Huntsville shop, at your location, or at the track.
Racing is an expensive sport that takes real expertise to run well. We think the way a race shop earns its keep is by putting that expertise to work for fellow racers and competitors, not just its own fleet.
Why it matters
Parts you actually need, when the paddock does not have them
3D scanning is an efficient way to develop the parts a race weekend actually calls for: SRF body shims, brake ducts, drink bottles, simulator pedals, and other essentials that keep a car legal and on track. Most race events do not carry these in stock, and the ones that do run out. Schedule ahead and we can have what you need ready before you load the trailer.
- ✓Scan
We capture the part or the space it needs to fit, in the shop, at your location, or at the track.
- ✓Design
Our engineer turns the scan into a part that fits and performs, not just a copy of what broke.
- ✓Build
Manufactured in-house and tested by people who race, before it ever reaches your car.
Who this is for
Racers who value their cars and want a competitive edge
This is built for racers who keep their cars well maintained and want an edge that stock parts cannot give them, whether that is a lighter brake duct, a better-fitting shim, or a scanner and engineer rented out for a weekend of on-site fabrication. It pairs naturally with our member services: the same crew that preps and repairs your car can design and build the part it is missing.
Tell us what you need built.
A one-off part, a scanning session at the track, or an engineer on-site for the weekend: tell us what the car needs and we will tell you what it takes to build it.
